    SHIPPING POLICY

    RochiLou have partnered with Australia Post and Startrack Express for all our shipping solutions. Proudly supporting Australian business to ensure reliability and traceability is front of mind when supplying your products. 

    All orders above $95 are shipped free of charge around Australia. Orders below that will attract an $8.00 flat fee.

    ​Shipping time for metro areas is 3 - 5 business days but could be more for regional deliveries. RochiLou will ensure all orders received are dispatch by the next business day. If your details are complete, we will be able to provide tracking details for you to follow your delivery.

    ​Average delivery days will be up to a maximum of 05 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact support@rochilou.com.au.

     

    RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

    Should the product be faulty or defective on arrival, we will offer you, full replacement or full refund including postage /shipping.
